All small works you can just turn up for such as wiper blades, tyre change, 15-minute diagnostic, etc and we will fit you in as soon as we can and if you need to wait we have our relaxing waiting area including complimentary hot drinks and biscuits.
Not at all, it’s entirely up to you. We have a relaxing customer area with complimentary hot drinks and biscuits, free WI-FI, customer toilets, games to keep the kids or adults quiet including space invaders and Pacman.
Simply, we have lower overheads and are not part of a franchise with franchise costs and we have greater flexibility and a more personal relationship with our suppliers. We use all this to keep our prices as low as we can without ever compromising on quality.

Sure, we’re always happy to look at one off problems that are quick to advise on for free that don’t involve using our diagnostic equipment or putting the vehicle on the ramp. This includes checking your tyres, battery and fluids (coolant, oil, washer, brake).
Every manufacturers service schedule is different but we recommend an interim service every 6 months or 6,000 miles (whichever comes first), a full service every 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) and a major service every 24 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first). In other words an interim service, then a full service, then an interim service and then a major service, then repeat! If you’ve not done many miles, you might not need the interim service. We have our own very thorough service schedule which may differ slightly from the manufacturer’s. Any additional items the manufacturer has would only be classed as “advisory”. We do have full details of all manufacturer service schedules and can of course give you an alternative quote to follow the manufacturer’s service schedule.
It is always best to book an MOT to be guaranteed a slot. Alternatively if you ring on the day we can advise of any empty slots available that day.
Yes! To maintain your MOT expiry date, a MOT test can be carried out up to a month (minus a day) prior to the expiry of your current MOT certificate, so your new MOT certificate could be valid for 13 months! Alternatively you can have an MOT done at any time and it will last 12 months from the date of the MOT – ideal option if you are selling your car.
If you have a manufacturer warranty you need to protect just make sure you advise us so that we can ensure we follow the manufacture procedures for protection of the warranty.

For any service/repair over £98, if you need dropping off within a 5 miles radius, simply bring your vehicle into us, we will then take you to where you need dropping and pick you up at an agreed time later (can be a different location) once the work on your vehicle is complete.
